Nicole is a learning fanatic. She loves the art, process, and state of learning as well as what inter-professional knowledge can achieve. She has served several semesters interning at retirement facilities and realized that there is much improvement needed in terms of quality of care, staffing, and overall funding. She one day hopes to combine the worlds of Dietetics and Entrepreneurship to curate a better experience for both faculty and members of retirement communities. Through her years at JMU she has served as brother of Phi Chi Theta professional business fraternity, tutor for Shenandoah Valley Migrant Education Program, as well as treasurer and president of the JMU Dietetic Association. When she’s not busy planning her next trip abroad, you can find Nicole meal prepping, streaming new music, trying to lift more than the next person at the gym, or drinking tea.
